Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Roll-Ups Made with Skratch!
Sweet, tangy, and electrolyte-boosted—this homemade fruit leather combines ripe strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), zesty lemon, and Skratch Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Mix for a refreshing, portable snack.
Packed with natural sugars for quick-burning fuel, plus sodium and electrolytes from the Skratch mix to support hydration and muscle function, this fruit leather is a lightweight, easy-to-digest option for mid-ride snacking. It delivers both flavor and function, without the sticky gels or processed ingredients.

Makes 1-2 toasties
Time 5 minutes prep, 2 minutes to cook
Ingredients
4 cups chopped strawberries
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tsp lemon zest or extract (optional)
One scoop of Skratch Strawberry Lemonade Sport Hydration Drink Mix

Blend and puree the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Line a rimmed 9 x 13-inch quarter inch sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the purée into the lined baking sheet to about 1/4” inch thickness. Heat the oven to a low 140°F. If you have a convection setting, use it.
Let the puree dry in the oven like this for as long as it takes to dry out and form fruit leather. This can take a few hours (4-6), so be sure to make these when you will be around the house or overnight.
Alternatively, use a food dehydrator to dehydrate.
When the fruit leather is done dehydrating, you can easily peel it. To store it, cut into strips with a kitchen shears (keep the parchment paper on if you’d like), roll it up, and place in an airtight container in the fridge.
