REALLY love the new book. Great recipes and I love how it's organized in an intuitive and easy-to-use way. I especially liked the foundational information you included at the beginning. Very helpful for people at all levels, but especially those of us who are new to this whole idea of doing it ourselves/being smart about what we put in our bodies/saving money...all of it. Just so impressed and happy with the advancements in all facets of the book. Really well done! - Mark. K
I’m a huge fan of Tyler’s recipes and love his most recent publication, “Bakin Biker ’25 Cookbook”. The recipes are simple, nutritious, and always satisfying. You don’t have to think about calories if you are following his recipes because the food sources just work well for healthy living. The snacks and meals are so easy, whether you are vegetarian, vegan, or not; they all taste great. He provides great recommendations to help with nutrition while training as an athlete. However, I think the recipes are relevant regardless of lifestyle. I have shared his cookbooks with at least 20 friends, some bikers, some not, and all have loved the recipes. Also, Tyler is very generous in sharing tips on how to make the recipes versatile. He provided awesome “extras”, including reusable grocery bags and samples with my purchases. Don’t miss out on this! - Diane B.
