How I prepared For My First Gravel Grinder

Hitting the final stretch of the 240 mile DAMN Gravel Race in Minnesota

Hey, what’s up, everyone! After taking on the 240 mile Day Across Minnesota Gravel Race, I wanted to put together a recap of the race. In this video series, you’ll find everything from the training, food and nutrition, the bike setup and all the other little things that I did leading up to the race.

I went into this event with the goal to race it. I prepared and put a lot of time, effort and money into this. Ultimately it helped me finish in 14:30 and take 11th place overall.

My goal with this video series is to help anyone else who's looking to take on a big gravel grinder or any long endurance ride. I split up this video guide into different chapters so you can watch whatever areas pique your interest. Whatever your goal is, I hope you can find something within this video series to help you achieve it.

Enjoy!
